Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive based in Delhi, India. The Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day logistics and shipping operations, ensuring timely coordination and efficiency in processes. Responsibilities include managing operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, optimizing workflows, and supporting customer requirements. The role also involves regular collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Experience in Operations and Operations Management to oversee and enhance logistical workflows and processes
- Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving, critical thinking, and process improvement
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or related fields is an advantage
- Proficiency in using operations management tools and software is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or similar preferred
