Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated Operations Executive to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity at our office in Gurugram. The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring smooth reward fulfillment processes, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, monitoring workflows, and identifying areas for process improvement. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and effective operational execution.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage and prioritize various operational tasks effectively
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement
- Excellent team coordination and vendor management capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in using operations and project management tools/software is an advantage
- Familiarity with customer loyalty programs or a background in rewards management is a plus
- A detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
