Job description
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive to manage daily operations, client coordination, field activities, and data management. The role involves lead calling, shoot coordination, and working closely with sales and editing teams while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to property owners and potential clients for onboarding, follow-ups, and coordination.
- Handle client onboarding and offboarding, ensuring accurate collection of required details and documents.
- Use and maintain data through the CRM system, ensuring all leads, client details, follow-ups, and status updates are correctly recorded.
- Travel to property locations to conduct photo and video shoots as scheduled.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule property visits and shoots.
- Act as the main point of contact for client coordination and communication.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead updates, site visits, and deal progress.
- Coordinate with the editing team to ensure timely delivery of photos and videos.
- Ensure smooth workflow between shoot, editing, and posting teams.
- Maintain basic tracking sheets and operational reports as required.
- Support daily operational and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English; local language preferred).
- Comfortable with calling-based work, CRM usage, and field visits.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools, photos/videos, and coordination workflows is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with multiple teams.
Willingness to travel locally for property shoots.
