Role Description
We are seeking an Operations Executive for a full-time, on-site position at our office in T, Nagar, Chennai. The role involves managing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficient execution of processes, streamlining systems for optimal performance, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The selected candidate will work closely with internal teams to support client services and operations management while driving organizational objectives and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the end-to-end client onboarding process, including KYC compliance, documentation verification, and seamless account activation
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive client reports, including portfolio valuations, performance analytics, and management information system (MIS) outputs
• Manage the complete trade lifecycle, including order placement, confirmation, and settlement monitoring
• Conduct periodic reconciliation of trades and holdings with brokers and custodians, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies
• Collaborate with distributors and partners to provide operational support and ensure smooth coordination
• Administer accounting and financial processes, including journal entries, fee computation, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Support audit, regulatory, and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to applicable standards and internal controls
Requirements:
• 1–4 years of experience in PMS/Wealth/Bank Operations
• Working knowledge of accounting processes and financial entries
• Strong understanding of capital markets
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills
