Role Summary
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our Coimbatore team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for client coordination, document collection, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely communication of transaction updates.
- This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a working knowledge of Excel or similar tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding operational matters.
- Collect, verify, and manage customer documents.
- Update and maintain customer information across internal systems and portals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Share transaction details with stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Follow up proactively with clients and internal teams to close open items.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in international education loans, remittances, or forex transactions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and regional Language.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Excel or similar data management tools.
- Fluency in Hindi preferred
