We are seeking to hire an Operations Executive to join our founding team for a newly established EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Commissioning) company.
The position is based in Lucknow, and preference will be given to candidates who are locally based.
This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of an organization at its inception stage, contributing directly to the development of operational processes and supporting initial project execution. The selected candidate will be involved in coordinating with overseas consulting engineers, managing administrative functions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a lean team structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with international consulting engineers (Mandarin proficiency required)
Support general administrative and operational activities
Assist in managing daily business functions in a startup environment
Contribute to project coordination efforts for upcoming assignments in Gujarat and/or Andhra Pradesh
Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline
Strong communication and coordination capabilities
Ability to work in a dynamic, high-responsibility environment
Demonstrated commitment and willingness to grow with the organization
Comfortable working under the demands of an engineering-focused business
Please note that an engineering background is not a prerequisite for this role.
The company is currently in the registration phase, and this is an urgent hiring requirement. Project activities are expected to commence between June and July.
