The Role

📊 Reporting to: Account Manager
You'll be at the core of our daily operations — managing orders, keeping inventory healthy, coordinating with logistics partners, and making sure every customer has a great experience.
What You'll Do
🔹 Order processing across Shopify, Amazon & other platforms
🔹 Inventory monitoring & replenishment on Blinkit, Instamart
🔹 Coordination with shipping partners for smooth fulfillment
🔹 Customer support for order-related queries
🔹 Cross-functional coordination with internal teams
Tools You'll Use
Amazon Seller Central | Shopify | Blinkit & Instamart Seller Portals | Shiprocket | Zoko | Kwick Engage | MS Excel
You're a Great Fit If You Have
✅ 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce ops or supply chain
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ A bias for execution and out-of-the-box thinking
✅ Bachelor's degree in any stream
✅ Proficiency in Excel and Office tools
