Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound & outbound shipments (GRN, picking, packing, dispatch)
• Maintain accurate inventory and perform regular stock reconciliation
• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatches
• Ensure proper storage and follow FIFO/FEFO practices
• Monitor daily warehouse operations and improve efficiency
• Manage returns (RTO) and damaged inventory
• Maintain MIS reports and operational records
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse/fulfillment operations
• Basic understanding of inventory management systems (WMS)
• Knowledge of logistics and dispatch processes
• Proficiency in Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
• Experience with 3PLs like Delhivery, Shiprocket, etc.
• FMCG or e-commerce background
