Role Description: This role involves coordinating daily operational activities across teams to ensure smooth execution of client campaigns and platform workflows. The Operations Executive will assist in managing end-to-end operations, including scheduling, tracking deliverables, updating internal systems, and maintaining accurate records. The role includes collaborating with sales, account management, and technology teams to resolve issues, optimize processes, and support timely campaign delivery. The Operations Executive will also analyze basic operational data, prepare reports, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Individuals working as Operations Executives need to communicate with senior management to develop an operational strategy that ensures efficient operations.
- You also need to assist in developing long-term plans to achieve the goals and objectives already set.
- They are also burdened with managing the company's commercial operations and various expenses and budgets.
- An Operations Executive also keeps a check on the performance of the operations of both internal service providers and external service providers.
- They also monitor the condition of the facility and keep a check on the environmental performance and give suggestions or approve funds or plans for spending.
- One of the most important tasks is to provide them with a work environment which is favourable for high work productivity.
- Apart from this, they should also monitor every performance metric, and they should receive and respond to approvals and notifications regularly.
