Job Description: Operations ExecutiveCompany: Mr. Munchies (Veg Frozen Food Brand)
Role Overview:We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage end-to-end operations at Mr. Munchies. This is a high-ownership role offering strong exposure across operations, supply chain, platform management, and basic finance functions in a fast-growing food startup.
Key Responsibilities:1. Operations Management
- Oversee daily production planning and execution
- Ensure smooth functioning across manufacturing, packaging, and dispatch
- Maintain SOPs and improve operational efficiency
2. Inventory & Supply Chain
- Manage procurement of raw materials and packaging
- Track inventory across warehouses and quick commerce platforms
- Ensure optimal stock levels and timely replenishment
- Coordinate logistics and dispatch
3. Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Work with manufacturers, vendors, and logistics partners
- Ensure timelines, quality, and cost efficiency
4. Platform Operations (Zepto, Amazon, etc.)
- Manage product availability and stock updates
- Coordinate listings, pricing, and promotions
- Monitor SKU-level sales and stock movement
5. Invoicing & Finance Coordination
- Raise invoices for partners and platforms
- Track receivables and follow up on payments
- Maintain records of expenses and transactions
- Assist in basic financial tracking (costs, margins, reconciliations)
6. MIS & Reporting
- Maintain sales, inventory, and operations MIS
- Track key metrics (stock movement, wastage, fulfillment)
- Share weekly reports with the leadership team
7. Quality Control
- Ensure product quality and consistency
- Coordinate with production for batch quality checks
Requirements:- 0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong intent can apply)
- Good understanding of Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
