Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, India, for an Operations Executive. The role involves managing daily fleet operations, coordinating asset utilization, and ensuring efficient implementation of fleet management strategies. The Operations Executive will analyze data to optimize performance, resolve operational challenges, and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and goal achievement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management for managing fleet workflows and ensuring smooth implementation of processes
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data and optimizing operational strategies
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills for collaborating with teams, stakeholders, and clients
- Understanding of sustainable mobility practices or experience in the electric mobility industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
