Process: Ocean Import Operations (USA Process)
Role: Sr Associate / Specialist
Shift Timing: 6.30 PM – 3.30 AM - IST
Salary: Best as per Industry standard.
Mode: Work from office
Location: Chennai
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for USA imports documentation in Cargo wise software.
• Respond to quotations and start the imports process once booking is confirmed.
• Co-ordinate with origin agents, customs agent, trucker, shipping lines and ports for deliveries.
• Co-ordinate with Consignees and set right expectations on the deliveries.
• Raise invoices on time. End to end follow up of shipments.
Qualifications:
• Should be only from USA back ground - freight forwarding industry.
• One who understands the intensity and seriousness about transport co-ordination.
• Should have excellent communication skills both Voice and Email.
• 3 -6 years of work experience in complete Imports operation including last mile delivery in the USA sector.
