Operations Executive –Export & Domestic (Furniture)
📍 Ratangarh, Rajasthan (On-Site)
We are seeking a dynamic professional to manage end-to-end export and domestic operations, including merchandising, shipping, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product development, sampling & production planning
• Coordination with domestic & international buyers
• Order execution, approvals & dispatch planning
• Handling export & domestic documentation and logistics
• Coordinating with CHA, shipping lines, freight forwarders & transporters
• Managing pre-shipment & post-shipment documentation (BRC, export incentives, bank submissions)
• Managing shipments and ensuring timely dispatch
• Ensuring compliance (Vriksh, EUDR, CARB, BIS & buyer requirements)
• Maintaining TNA, MIS & order tracking
• Cross-functional coordination with production, accounts & dispatch
• Monitoring timelines, freight cost & delivery status
• Supporting audits, records & compliance documentation
Candidate Profile:
• 5 plus years of experience (furniture/export preferred)
• Strong understanding of materials, operations & logistics
• Good communication, coordination & negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong time management
