Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Executive, based in Bengaluru, with occasional opportunities for remote work. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations, analyzing operational performance, identifying efficiency improvements, and coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth execution. Additional duties include inventory management, vendor coordination, implementing operational best practices, and supporting projects aimed at scalability and process optimization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in supply chain management, logistics coordination, and inventory management
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive operational improvements
- Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in using operations or warehouse management platforms; familiarity with technology-based tools and solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is an advantage
- Proactiveness and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment
