Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-ownership Operations Executive with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in ATL/BTL campaigns, branding executions, and activations.
This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage on-ground execution, coordinate vendors and teams, and deliver results under pressure.

Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end execution of ATL/BTL campaigns, events, and activations
- Handle on-ground operations: logistics, manpower, and vendor coordination
- Act as a bridge between clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, timelines, and execution quality
- Conduct on-ground audits and ensure execution accuracy
- Resolve operational challenges proactively
- Maintain trackers, reports, and execution updates
- Coordinate dispatch, installation, and closure activities
- Support leadership with execution feasibility and insights
- Handle documentation and vendor billing processes

Skills & Competencies- Strong understanding of ATL/BTL operations and branding executions
- Ability to independently manage vendors and field teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High ownership mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and execution quality
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Willingness to travel extensively

Experience & Qualification- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in advertising, events, branding, or activations
