Job Title: EXIM / Operations Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage export-import (EXIM) operations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. The role requires hands-on experience in documentation, banking processes, and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end EXIM documentation and operations
Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping partners
Manage and process Letters of Credit (LC) and related banking documentation
Work on Bill of Lading (BL) and other shipping documents
Liaise with banks for transaction processing and compliance
Ensure timely execution of shipments and documentation accuracy
Maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Prior experience in EXIM operations is preferred
Strong knowledge of Freight Forwarding, LC, BL, EXIM processes, and Banking procedures
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
