Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Executive – Customs & Logistics role located in Delhi, India. Responsibilities include overseeing customs clearance processes, coordinating with freight service providers, managing logistics operations, and ensuring smooth execution of supply chain activities. The role involves maintaining compliance with international trade regulations, timely preparation of documentation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations and Operations Management skills with the ability to coordinate and streamline logistics and customs processes efficiently
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and clients
- Advanced Analytical Skills for problem-solving, decision-making, and optimizing supply chain operations
- Experience or understanding of customs regulations and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency with logistics management software and tools is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
