Executive – Operations | Housepital | Greater Noida
Housepital is building Delhi-NCR's most reliable home healthcare service — manpower, equipment, labs, medicine, and ambulance services — delivered to the patient's home. We are hiring an Executive – Operations to own the patient journey end-to-end.
About the role
You will own the patient lifecycle from lead to retention — onboarding, deployment, invoicing, collections, grievance resolution, and feedback. Your work directly drives revenue realisation, service quality, and patient retention.
Operations Location: Greater Noida (on-site) Type: Full-time
What you'll own
Lead Management
- Enter every new lead in the system within 24 hours
- Follow up within defined TAT and convert to active patients
- Coordinate caregiver deployment within 48 hours of conversion
Patient Onboarding & Relationship
- Run error-free onboarding for every new patient
- Upsell additional services and cross-sell based on patient history
- Drive retention and length of stay
Invoicing & Collections
- Raise accurate invoices on time
- Drive timely collections and resolve billing discrepancies
Debtor Management
- Follow up on overdue payments
- Maintain aging reports and keep outstanding dues within limits
Grievance & Feedback
- Resolve patient and staff grievances within SLA, with full documentation
- Collect post-service feedback, log it accurately, and share insights with the team
Coordination & Scheduling
- Coordinate with care and backend teams
- Manage caregiver schedules and minimize escalations
Software & Data
- 100% compliance with internal software usage
- Real-time, accurate records — no backlogs
What you'll bring
- Graduate, preferably in Healthcare or Operations
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, healthcare services, or patient coordination
- Strong communication in Hindi and English
- Comfort with CRM / operations software and data discipline
- Calm under pressure, structured, and patient-first in approach
