Role Overview
Hezky Tech is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our growing Operations Department. This role is ideal for candidates who are tech-savvy, well-organized, and comfortable working both in-office and on-site at client locations. You will play a key role in inventory management, hardware configuration, logistics coordination, and remote/on-site installation support.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
Sort, tag, and maintain accurate records of all hardware and equipment inventory. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies in inventory logs. Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of required items. Maintain organized storage of equipment and accessories.
Hardware Configuration and Logistics
Inspect and verify hardware configurations before dispatch to clients. Coordinate shipment and logistics for equipment delivery across locations. Liaise with courier and logistics partners to track and ensure timely delivery. Document and report any transit damage or discrepancies.
Remote Installation and Coordination
Perform remote installation and setup by coordinating with on-site teams via calls and digital tools. Guide field technicians step-by-step during hardware and software installation. Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues in real time using smart technology tools. Maintain logs of installation activities and escalate unresolved issues.
Field Support
Travel to client sites across India when required for installations or support. Represent Hezky Tech professionally during on-site visits. Provide hands-on technical assistance and post-installation verification.
Administrative and Communication
Draft professional emails to clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders in English. Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and MIS using Microsoft Word and Excel. Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth operations workflow.
Required Skills
Microsoft Word and Excel (proficient). Hardware configuration and setup. Remote desktop and coordination tools. Inventory management systems. Professional email writing in English. Fluent in English and Hindi, spoken and written. Strong coordination and teamwork. Attention to detail and an organized mindset. Willingness to travel for field assignments across India.
Educational Qualifications
Graduate (any stream) with a minimum of 16 years of formal education from an English-medium institution. B.Tech or B.E. in any discipline preferred. Candidates from English-medium colleges will be given preference.
