Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Operations Associate who understands the nuances of Indian
logistics and retail operations. This role will play a critical part in managing warehouse activities,
packaging & dispatch, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth client servicing across PORTL’s
operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end logistics operations including inbound shipments and dispatches
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock reconciliation
• Ensure accurate packaging and timely dispatches
• Maintain documentation for GRNs, invoices, and inventory logs
• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries
• Handle vendor management and performance tracking
• Act as a point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
• Monitor and improve TAT and operational efficiency
• Implement process improvements and cost optimization
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 1–2 years experience in logistics/warehouse/retail operations
• Strong inventory and dispatch process understanding
• Vendor coordination and client handling skills
• MS Excel proficiency
• Strong communication and problem-solving ability
Preferred Skills
• ERP/WMS experience
• Retail or e-commerce exposure
• Procurement and cost optimization basics
