Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Operations Executive to join our team at Kerala. The Operations Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our platform and providing excellent support to our clients, primarily schools.
Responsibilities include
- Handling incoming calls and queries from schools regarding platform usage and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Communicating with clients via WhatsApp and email to address their concerns and provide timely assistance.
- Creating video and textual training guides to help schools optimize their use of our platform.
- Collaborating with the customer success team to gather feedback from clients and identify areas for improvement.
- Assisting with other operational tasks and projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in customer service or operations roles, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using communication tools such as WhatsApp, email, and video conferencing platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with educational technology and a passion for improving the educational experience.
