About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage workspace operations, facility coordination, vendor management, and client experience. The role requires strong coordination skills, operational ownership, and the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the workspace.
Key Responsibilities
Workspace & Facility Management
- Manage daily workspace operations including infrastructure, equipment, and asset maintenance.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, IT support, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and operational readiness at all times.
- Oversee inventory management, stocking/restocking, and office amenities.
- Maintain SOPs, checklists, and operational compliance standards.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales teams for client visits and workspace tours.
- Handle lead documentation and CRM updates on Zoho.
- Work closely with Accounts for invoicing and billing support.
- Coordinate with IT and maintenance teams for issue resolution and downtime management.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement activities.
Operations & Cost Management
- Monitor operational expenses (OpEx) and support budgeting activities.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities without impacting customer experience.
- Prepare operational reports, expense trackers, and analysis reports.
- Ensure timely invoice generation and payment follow-ups.
Client & Member Experience
- Ensure smooth onboarding and support for clients and members.
- Track customer feedback, complaints, and issue resolution.
- Plan engagement activities, events, and community initiatives.
- Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction levels.
Revenue & Data Management
- Track occupancy, utilization, and space inventory data.
- Support revenue optimization initiatives and additional service offerings.
- Maintain accurate client records and data through Zoho CRM.
- Support retention and renewal activities for existing clients.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
