We’re Hiring | Operations Executive
We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive to join our growing team.
Position: Operations Executive
Experience Required: Minimum 4+ Years
Industry Preference: Travel Industry Preferred
Key Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of travel operations and coordination
• Ability to handle bookings, confirmations, and itinerary management
• Experience coordinating with vendors, hotels, airlines, and clients
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of international operations preferred
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day travel operations efficiently. Maintain records, MIS reports, and operational data accurately
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and clients for smooth execution. Handle bookings, vouchers, itineraries, and travel documentation
• Resolve operational issues and provide timely support. Ensure smooth coordination between sales and operations teams
• Maintain operational records and ensure service quality standards
Note: Only candidates from the travel industry with international sales experience will be considered.
Working Details:
- Working Days: 6 Days
- Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
