Role Overview
We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations Executive to support daily office administration, operational coordination, and internal communication. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with management to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and back-office operations
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal activities
- Track tasks, deadlines, and action items for ongoing work
- Maintain accurate digital records, files, and office data
- Prepare reports, summaries, and basic dashboards for management
- Record meeting notes and circulate action points
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external partners
- Assist with basic billing, invoicing, and documentation support
- Create and maintain presentations, documents, and trackers
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and proper organization
- Use digital and productivity tools to improve efficiency and workflow
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2-4 years of experience in administration, operations, or coordination roles
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Candidates must be based in Jaipur.
