Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for an Operations Executive at FOCAS Edu. The selected candidate will manage daily operational activities, streamline processes, and ensure efficient resource allocation within the organization. Responsibilities include coordinating with departments, analyzing operational data to optimize workflows, and supporting the leadership team in executing strategic goals. They will also act as a key communicator to foster collaboration and drive organizational success.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
- Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management
- Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate and optimize processes
