Its services include educating investors on mutual fund products, market trends, and strategies, as well as monitoring and rebalancing portfolios based on changing conditions. Finvoice also assists clients in setting up SIPs, SWPs, and STPs, ensuring hassle-free investing and ongoing support.
Role Description The Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirupati. This role involves managing day-to-day operational activities related to client onboarding, documentation, and transaction processing for mutual fund investments.
Responsibilities include responding to client queries
- KYC process and issue resolution
- Transmission of mutual fund portfolio to nominee or legal heirs
- Updating folio details nominee, email, phone number as per client requirements
- Filling up investor data in the physical forms for any new investments, change of name, change of bank requests, transmission requests.
- Taking entries of visitor information.
- Statement generation and taking printouts to handover to investors when needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, business administration, or a related field is advantageous.
- Hands-on expertise on computer usage with windows operation system
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfort with using financial and CRM software tools.
- Should know typing on keyboard
- Good communication skills in Telugu and English along with professional behaviour with people
- Relevant experience in financial services, mutual funds, or related operations is preferred.
- Basic understanding of investment products and willingness to learn mutual fund concepts is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
- NISM VA Certification is an added advantage.
