Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive, located in Chennai. The Operations Executive will oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company processes. Responsibilities include analyzing operational workflows, managing resources, facilitating communication between departments, and optimizing operations to drive organizational success.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management to ensure seamless workflow and effective process implementation
- Analytical skills to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize operational procedures
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to manage challenges efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Zero experience in an operations or management role is highly desirable person in learning
