💼 Role Overview
We are hiring an
Operations Executive (Payments) who will manage
payment verification, client coordination, and daily tracking activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling payment-related operations efficiently while coordinating with internal teams and clients.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Verify and track client payments on a daily basis
- Maintain and update the payment tracker with accuracy
- Coordinate with clients for payment confirmations and follow-ups
- Handle payment-related calls and queries professionally
- Identify discrepancies and resolve payment-related issues proactively
- Maintain proper records and ensure timely reporting
- Support operational processes and improve tracking systems
🧠 Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel (trackers, reports, basic formulas)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in handling client communication and payment follow-ups
⭐ Preferred Skills
- Experience in Operations / Sales Ops / Payment handling roles
- Familiarity with CRM tools or internal systems
- Strong problem-solving mindset
