Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for an Operations Executive. The Operations Executive will manage day-to-day operational tasks, coordinate travel arrangements, oversee logistics, ensure smooth execution of travel packages, and maintain effective communication with clients and partners. Additional responsibilities include data analysis to optimize operations and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle daily activities and improve workflows
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to collaborate with clients, team members, and vendors
- Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and suggest process improvements
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities to ensure seamless execution of tasks
- Proficiency in using digital tools and software relevant to operations
- Experience in the travel industry or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred
