Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Team Lead based in Vizianagaram. The Operations Team Lead will oversee day-to-day logistics operations, manage a team, ensure smooth coordination between internal and external stakeholders, and optimize operational efficiency. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, ensuring customer satisfaction, solving operational challenges, and implementing strategies for improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Operations Management and Analytical Skills to track performance and continuously improve operational efficiency
- Excellent People Management and Communication skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders
- Commitment to ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction through reliable and timely delivery of services
- Experience in logistics or supply chain operations is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is advantageous
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
