We're Hiring | Operations Executive | Hyderabad 📍
At Eddie & Holly, we're building a premium baby care brand that's trusted by modern parents across India. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Operations Executive to join our team in Hyderabad.
If you're someone who loves bringing structure to chaos, enjoys solving problems, and wants to work in a fast-paced startup environment, we'd love to hear from you!
What you'll be doing:
• Manage day-to-day marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, JioMart, etc.)
• Coordinate with warehouses, manufacturers, logistics partners, and vendors
• Track inventory and ensure timely replenishment
• Handle product listings, pricing, offers, and catalogue updates
• Monitor returns, operational issues, and ensure timely resolutions
• Maintain reports, trackers, and improve operational processes
What we're looking for:
✔ 1–4 years of experience in Operations, E-commerce, D2C, or FMCG
✔ Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
✔ Highly organized with great attention to detail
✔ Excellent coordination and communication skills
✔ A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
📍 Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)
