Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Operations professional (Domain: Fintech / WealthTech / AMC Operations) with 2+ years of experience in managing operational workflows across Mutual Funds, PMS, and AIF products. The role involves handling platform operations, transaction management, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, reconciliations, and operational escalations while ensuring seamless investor experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Platform Operations
- Manage day-to-day investment platform operations and transaction workflows.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Finance, CX and Compliance
- Handle operational escalations related to transactions, mandates, NIGO cases, broker changes, and investor servicing.
- Monitor and manage operational support channels for investors and internal stakeholders.
AMC & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs, Payment Gateways, Exchanges, PMS & AIF partners, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure timely resolution of transaction, onboarding, brokerage, and operational issues.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships for seamless operational execution.
PMS & AIF Operations
- Manage end-to-end PMS & AIF empanelment processes.
- Coordinate onboarding documentation, compliance requirements, and operational setup with investment partners.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders for timely integrations and operational readiness.
Payment Gateway & Transaction Management
- Manage payment operations across SIP, lumpsum, UPI, net banking, and NACH mandate transactions.
- Monitor settlements, reconciliation files, refunds, and transaction status tracking.
- Investigate failed or delayed transactions and ensure timely resolution.
BSE Star MF & Investor Operations
- Execute SIP cancellations, mandate deactivation, and investor servicing operations.
- Coordinate with exchanges, banking partners, and vendors for issue resolution.
- Support Accredited Investor onboarding and certification processes through CVL.
Process Management & Reconciliation
- Maintain MIS reports, operational dashboards, and reconciliation workflows.
- Identify process gaps and support operational improvements.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and operational controls across all activities.
