About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Executive to work directly with our Founder. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role that combines professional coordination with personal support. The ideal candidate is resourceful, discreet, and comfortable handling a wide range of tasks including those that fall outside a conventional job description.
Role & responsibilities
- Manage the founder's schedule, meetings, travel, and day-to-day priorities
- Handle personal tasks and errands on behalf of the founder, including coordination across cities when required
- Follow up with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality across all professional and personal matters
Preferred candidate profile
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and self-directed able to operate with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Based in Bengaluru and available to work US hours from our HSR Layout office
