Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for an Operations Executive. The Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day operational activities, support the operations team with process optimization, and ensure smooth delivery of mobility solutions. Responsibilities include managing transportation projects, liaising with clients and internal teams, analyzing operational metrics, and contributing to process improvement initiatives to meet organizational goals.

- Key Responsibilities: •
- Coordinate with clients and vendors for daily vehicle arrangements
- Ensure timely deployment of vehicles as per client rosters
- Maintain daily MIS and compliance records
- Share exception reports with clients
- Handle vendor development and vendor management
- Conduct driver briefings and training sessions
- Attend client review meetings
- Manage end-to-end employee transportation operations
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in ETS / Transportation operations
- Strong communication and email drafting skills
- Good coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
