Location: Hyderabad
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Overview:
As an Operations Executive at CoKarma, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our coworking spaces. You will oversee facilities, manage operations, and enhance the member experience bycoordinating administrative and service-related tasks. Your role is central to creating a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment for our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding & Support: Assist in onboarding new members and provide ongoing support to address queries and enhance their experience.
- Administrative Management: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, membership records, and payment tracking.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth member transitions and provide insights for service improvement.
- Process & Policy Implementation: Develop and implement SOPs to streamline workflows and maintain service quality.
- Oversee usage of internal tools (access control, billing systems, CRM, and ticketing tools). Track payments, overdue invoices, renewals, andcancellation trends.
- Serve as the escalation point for major operational issues, facilitybreakdowns, or member conflicts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2-3 years of experience in operations, facility management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage tasksindependently.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand agreements, invoices, and ledgers.
