Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive, based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Operations Executive will oversee daily operations, coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficiency, optimize processes, manage workflows, and support organizational strategies to achieve business goals. Additionally, the role involves analyzing performance data, maintaining compliance with company policies, and driving operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle daily operations and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in data analysis and business analytics for performance monitoring and decision-making
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving and process-optimization skills to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to operational processes
- Proficiency in project management tools and familiarity with emerging technologies is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is preferred
