Job Description:
We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented Operation Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can manage daily operations smoothly and support the Operations Manager in ensuring process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks and coordination
- Maintain reports, data, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
- Worki on content & implementation
- Provide support to customers & onboarding
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in operations or admin role
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
