Role Description The Operations Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cannanore. The Operations Executive will oversee daily operational activities related to trading, account management, and client service. Responsibilities include coordinating documentation for Demat and trading accounts, supporting back-office processes, ensuring regulatory and internal compliance, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves close collaboration with the sales and customer support teams to resolve operational issues, streamline workflows, and improve service quality. The Operations Executive will also assist in reporting, data analysis, and process improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle day-to-day processes and ensure smooth functioning of trading and account-related activities.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review data, identify discrepancies, and support decision-making and process optimization.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact with clients, coordinate with internal teams, and handle queries professionally.
- Basic understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and Demat/account-related procedures is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and ability to work with databases or back-office systems is preferred.
- Relevant academic background in commerce, finance, business administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a structured environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
