Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Operations & Client Servicing Executive** to manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure seamless client support. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, managing student/institutional clients, and ensuring smooth delivery of educational services and products.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
* Manage daily operational workflows related to courses, batches, schedules, and learning platforms.
* Coordinate with academic, tech, sales, and content teams to ensure timely execution of programs.
* Monitor course delivery, student onboarding, attendance, and learning progress.
* Maintain and update operational records, MIS reports, and dashboards.
* Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and learner experience.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and operational SOPs.
Client Servicing
* Act as the primary point of contact for students, parents, schools, or institutional clients.
* Handle client queries, escalations, and concerns via email, calls, and CRM tools.
* Ensure timely resolution of issues related to course access, payments, schedules, and content.
* Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
* Support onboarding of new clients and provide product/service walkthroughs.
* Coordinate renewals, feedback collection, and service improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities.
* Client-first mindset with problem-solving orientation.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and LMS platforms.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced EdTech environment.
* Good analytical and reporting skills.
Educational Qualification
* Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Operations, Education, or a related field.
Preferred Experience
* Prior experience in **EdTech, education services, or client servicing roles**.
* Experience handling students, parents, or B2B institutional clients is a plus.
