Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive at Caritas Hospital in Kottayam. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality. The role includes monitoring workflows, assisting in policy implementation, and addressing operational challenges to support the hospital's mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.
Qualifications
- Strong operations and operations management skills to oversee and streamline processes effectively
- Proven analytical skills for problem-solving, decision-making, and performance analysis
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration across teams and with patients
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with hospital policies, regulations, and healthcare operations is a plus
- MBA, MHA, MSW, Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- >3year Prior experience in healthcare operations or a related domain is preferred
