Role Description The Operations Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in Faridabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day last-mile operations, including coordination of delivery schedules, monitoring fleet performance, and ensuring adherence to service-level agreements. The Operations Executive will manage micro-hub activities, support rider allocation, and track operational metrics such as uptime, delivery times, and cost per drop. They will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues, optimize routing, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting. The role also involves using technology platforms and dashboards to analyze performance data, drive process improvements, and support the company’s sustainability and customer experience goals.
Qualifications
- Strong operations and operations management skills, with experience in managing day-to-day logistics or supply chain activities.
- Well-developed analytical skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with riders, hub staff, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
- Comfort with technology tools and dashboards; familiarity with logistics software, routing systems, or IoT-based platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; relevant experience in last-mile or EV-based logistics is preferred.
