Role Description The Operations Executive is a full-time on-site role based in Kerala, India, responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities across the business. This role involves coordinating inventory and order processing, monitoring supply chain and logistics, and ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders. The Operations Executive will track key operational metrics, analyze process performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as customer service, sales, and warehouse staff to resolve operational issues and maintain smooth workflows. The role also includes maintaining documentation, following standard operating procedures, and contributing to the implementation of best practices in operations management.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily processes and support efficient workflow.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Candidates should have organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in execution.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics, preferably in consumer goods or e-commerce.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site, with proficiency in basic office software and tools for reporting and coordination.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is beneficial.
