Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Navi Mumbai, requires an Operations Executive to oversee and coordinate daily operational activities within the maritime domain. The role involves managing logistics, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining records and documentation. Responsibilities also include supporting operations management, collaborating with team members, analyzing operational challenges, and optimizing processes for smooth execution.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations and Operations Management skills
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Proven Analytical Skills to effectively assess and solve operational challenges
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead initiatives in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge or experience in the maritime industry is an advantage
- MBA fresher in business, logistics, or a related field
- Proficiency in using operational and logistics management software is a plus
