Hiring: Operations Executive (Fresher / Intern)
₹10K–₹15K/month + Performance Bonus
We are building Brandwave.ai - a performance-driven creator marketing platform where brands work only with creators who generate real sales.
This is NOT a typical operations role.
You will directly work on live campaigns and real revenue systems.
🎯 Your Role:
- Monitor ongoing campaigns
- Track creator performance (leads, sales, ROI)
- Ensure campaigns run smoothly
- Identify issues and escalate when needed
- Work closely with founders
✅ Requirements:
- Fresher / Intern (any degree)
- Strong analytical mindset
- Comfortable with data, dashboards, and tracking
- Responsible and detail-oriented
