Job Title: Operations Executive
Location: Gurgaon, Sector 18
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Executive to join our team. The Operations Executives will be responsible for managing all aspects of operations, including installation, maintenance, and servicing of drinking water solutions in hotels and offices.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of drinking water solutions in hotels and offices
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to ensure optimal
performance of the installed systems
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and
concerns in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor the performance of the installed systems and identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of spare parts and consumables to minimize downtime
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with
company standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage and monitor service contracts to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical or electrical engineering
• At least 1 year of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of water treatment and purification systems, including reverse osmosis, UV, and
ozone technologies
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of technicians and service personnel
