We’re hiring an Operations Executive at Boketto Travels!
We’re looking for someone who can turn travel plans into seamless, unforgettable experiences.
If you’re someone who thrives on organisation, loves solving problems on the go, and understands what it takes to execute premium group trips — this role is for you.
At Boketto Travels, we don’t just plan trips; we curate experiences for strangers who become stories. Your job is to make sure everything behind the scenes runs effortlessly.
What you’ll do:
• Coordinate and execute end-to-end trip operations
• Manage bookings, vendors, and on-ground logistics
• Ensure smooth communication with travellers before and during trips
• Handle last-minute changes and problem-solving on trips
• Work closely with the marketing & trip teams for seamless execution
What you’ll need:
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable handling people and situations on the ground
• 1–3 years of experience (travel industry preferred)
