Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support day-to-day operational activities at Black Gold. The role involves managing inventory, coordinating warehouse operations, supporting invoicing processes, and maintaining accurate MIS reports. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, possess strong Excel skills, and demonstrate a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory & Stock Management
- Track inward and outward material movement accurately
- Maintain real-time inventory records across warehouses
- Perform stock reconciliation (physical vs. system)
- Monitor SKU-wise quantity and value tracking
2. Warehouse Operations & Quality Control Tracking
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for pickup, loading, and dispatch
- Ensure smooth material flow and adherence to timelines
- Resolve basic operational challenges on a daily basis
- Monitor QC status during inward and outward processes
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure compliance
3. Invoicing & Documentation, MIS & Data Management
- Support invoice generation and maintain sales records
- Ensure proper documentation aligned with dispatch and billing
- Coordinate with the finance team for invoice-related queries
- Maintain and update MIS trackers for operations
- Manage data using Excel and ERP systems
- Generate reports for tracking and decision-making
4. Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with vendors, warehouse teams, and internal departments
- Support seamless communication and operational alignment
Key Skills

Qualifications
- Graduate (B.Com / BBA / ITI / Any discipline)
- Preferred background in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commerce
Technical Requirements
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, data handling)
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (Tally / SAP preferred)
Preferred Industry Exposure
- Manufacturing, E-commerce, FMCG
