Role Description
The Operations Executive will manage the day-to-day operational duties, ensuring seamless supply chain processes, inventory management, and coordination with retail partners. Responsibilities will include analyzing operations data, monitoring logistics activities, collaborating with different departments to meet organizational goals, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, and the selected candidate will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in supply chain management, logistics coordination, and inventory control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret operational data
- Effective collaboration and communication abilities for cross-departmental coordination
- Project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with retail operations, luxury brand distribution, or e-commerce is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software such as inventory management or ERP systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in operations or supply chain roles preferred
