Role OverviewThis is not a traditional operations role. As an Operations Executive, you will operate inside BIZBoost’s 360° Growth Engine handling content, marketing, outreach, and workflow execution across platforms and clients.
You will be responsible for:
- Executing content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube & more
- Managing content calendars & campaign flow
- Community engagement & brand voice alignment
- Lead generation, CRM tracking & outreach support
- Supporting sales conversations & client follow-ups
- Tracking performance, reporting insights, improving systems
- Managing workflows across content, growth, and operations
- Taking ownership of assigned projects & client accounts
You will not be given fixed tasks. You will be expected to think, execute, and improve daily.
Who This Role Is ForApply if you:
- Can execute without constant supervision
- Can manage multiple workflows with speed & clarity
- Understand social media, content, and basic sales flow
- Have strong English communication (written + verbal)
- Are ready to work Monday–Saturday (11am–7:30pm)
- Can work on-site in Noida

Growth PathThis role is performance-driven.
After 3 months, based on your:

Compensation- Monthly (in-hand) + Royalty on clients you bring
