Role Summary
Manage day-to-day operations across patient services, doctor onboarding, franchise coordination, and internal processes. The role needs strong follow-ups, coordination, and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate operations for patients, doctors, clinics, and franchise partners
- Support onboarding and documentation
- Ensure smooth teleconsultation and service workflows
- Handle internal and partner queries
- Track tasks, escalations, and reports
- Work with sales, tech, and support teams
- Follow SOPs and support quality checks
Requirements
- Experience in operations or support preferred
- Hindi and English communication
- Strong follow-up and task management
- Comfortable with remote work
- Basic Excel/Sheets and CRM knowledge
- Stable internet and quiet workspace
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, healthtech, edtech, or service startups
- Good at multitasking and coordination
